Terms of Use

The drill games on this site, by Abel Minded. Last updated October 30, 2026.

The short version: the game is yours to study with, for free. It is not yours to copy. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who owns it

The game and everything in it belong to Abel Minded: the software and its code, the questions and the way they are made, worked solutions, tips, step lists, hints, the grading rules, the course layouts, the artwork, the ocean and its animation, and the music. They are protected by copyright and other laws. © 2026 Abel Minded. All rights reserved.

The open-source parts listed under About & credits (KaTeX, Pyodide, html2canvas) keep their own licenses. Mathematics itself belongs to everyone; what we own is our own work built on it.

What you may do

What you may not do

Without our written permission, you may not:

Your API key and handwriting

Handwriting is read by Anthropic on your own API key, under Anthropic's terms. You are responsible for your key and its charges. The privacy page explains what leaves your device.

If these terms are broken

We may block access to the site, ask hosts and services to take copies down, and use any other remedies the law gives us.

No guarantees

The game is offered as is, for practice. We work hard to get the math right, but we don't promise it is free of mistakes, always available, or right for any exam or course. To the extent the law allows, Abel Minded is not liable for any loss that comes from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
